Start: 13.05.2019
Dauer: bis 30.08.2019
Remote: nach der Einarbeitung nach Absprache
Auslastung: Vollzeit
Aufgaben:
• Review current infrastructure of the international voice platform, ensuring that all elements & alarms are properly monitored in Spectrum by the CoE in Romania.
• Implement capacity management and capacity monitoring process on the central SBC’s
• Implement an operational dashboard agreed with key stakeholders with defined KPI’s
• Review incident management process & trouble ticket reporting, USMS queues handling and RCA
• Review current SLA’s and implement specific ones related to Wholesale voice
Anforderungen:
• Experienced senior service manager / project manager with experiences in the TelCo and in the voice area
• Language skills: English advanced in writing and speaking (purely german speaking candidates would not be the right fit)
• Excellent stakeholder management, hands-on mentality
Nice to have:
• Language skills: German, Dutch
• ITILL Foundation V1 / V3
• Experience in Supplier / Vendor management
