Skills:
Experience with managing scrum at scale, meaning finding solutions for dealing with dependencies and coordinating between multiple teams on large projects
Familiar with SAFe, Less, Nexus, or other similar large-scale agile framework (SAFe certification a plus)
Able to manage multiple team's commitments as part of a larger program, and provide timely feedback and data about progress against both sprint commitments and larger programs
Manage and communicate (internal and external) the implementation of significant changes to planning objectives, schedule, and product configuration
You should have experience in agile coaching - not just working with the teams, but with analysing team performance at a distance, using data or metrics, and providing solutions to help the team continue to improve.
Experience with organizational agile transitions - if you've coached a company or multiple teams through the process of going from waterfall to one of the agile frameworks, this is the experience we're seeking.
Experience in teaching teams and individuals about the agile principles and Scrum framework
Strong background as an agile scrum master and coach with extensive experience in
facilitating teams building software solutions using current agile practices
