Business consultant (PeopleSoft) - Amsterdam
We are looking for an experienced Business consultant to join one Europe's largest and fastest growing financial clients in a dynamic and busy international team on a 8 months + contract.
The Business consultant should have demonstrable experience with PeopleSoft 9.2 for the implementation of HRM solutions such as Recruitment & Selection and Onboarding.
Requirements:
* Familiar with administrative organization and business functions.
* Being able to apply methods and techniques for modelling business architecture, business processes, IT architecture and IT processes.
* Being able to apply tools and techniques (automated or manual) that can be used to record and understand the structure, connections and use of information within the organization (simulation tool).
* Minimum 4 years of experience as a consultant, preferably in different projects and/or environment in similar organizations as the UWV in the past 5 years.
* A minimum of 3 years of demonstrable work experience with PeopleSoft 9.1/9.2 in the past 5 years
* Has demonstrable experience working out complex issues and ensuring support for conflicting interests.
