SAP Cutover Lead - Netherlands - 6 months
SAP Cutover Lead needed immediately by our client. You must be an experienced Cutover Manager of at least 5 years.
The role:
- Participates in projects through the complete life cycle of the project
- Prepares and validates Cut-Over strategy, approach and plans for projects
- Monitors Cutover execution by co-ordinating the execution of the tasks in the plan and ensures tasks are followed up properly and according to the plan
- Supervises the business and subject matter experts cut-over during go-live to ensure that tasks are performed correctly, in the correct order and dependencies are respected
- Monitors issues and tasks that are behind schedule and leads efforts to catchup
- Actively works with the deployment team members to answer cutover questions during each phase of the deployment cycle
- Partners with the Project Management Office to ensure Cutover strategy aligns with the project plan and approach
- Ensure transparency with Regional Delivery Center/Design Build and Test organization(s) and other up and downstream dependent teams
- Tracks risks, develops mitigation plans, and escalates as appropriate
- Monitor cutover execution. Facilitates regular meetings throughout the relevant project activities, provides metrics and status reports
