Description

Communication Project Coordinator urgently required on a contract basis to work in Dublin.

You will be responsible for assisting the Project Manager's to ensure that accurate system records and reports are maintained (eg: Clarity Project IDs, Work Packages / Work Breakdown Structure, SharePoint, Project RAG status, dashboards, collaboration / document repository, etc). Pre-Sales Engagement & Project Planning, Co-ordinate activities between the Client, Engineering, Sales account team, and internal groups (e.g. Service Delivery Job Controller, Billing, Service Management); Manage Risks, Actions, Issues, Dependencies and Change, Monitor the RAID logs used by the Project Managers to assess, record and mitigate risks / dependencies against project on-time delivery, quality &/or budget;

The ideal candidate will have a proven experience working as a Project Coordinator, supporting Transition & Transformation Project Managers in delivery of the programme/project. Excellent Project Management Governance and Administration skills is required.
