Title: Systems Services & Support Analyst
Location: Merrimack, NH
Duration: Long Term Contract
Required skills:
- Proven technical background with high degree of comfort with Linux, database concepts, and ITSM-based best practices
- Experience with batch scheduling software, Control-M and/or Autosys a plus
- Extensive experience with SQL and PL/SQL
- Experience with automated deployment tools & techniques
- AWS certifications are highly desirable
- Scripting knowledge
- Passion for technology and solving problems in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Ability to lead and provide mentorship to other team members
- Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively in both written and verbal form
- Have an analytical mindset, and enjoy finding ways to continuously improve
