Description
You will be joining a consultancy as an Adobe Campaign Management Consultant. The client operate in all sectors and you will have the opportunity to work with the leading international brands. Within the role you will be working with team to help support their growing campaign client list.
You will be responsible for: campaign migration planning support, share best practice design, build and campaign optimisation techniques, train clients in tool to become experts themselves and help run campaign audits.
You will be reporting to the CRM Operations Manager as well as working closely with the strategy, production, data and project management teams in various projects.
To be successful in this role you will have strong experience in campaign workflow build, campaign development, campaign operation support, quality assurance, data management and design, governance and control, deployment and reporting, particularly using Adobe Campaign. As this is a client facing role you must have strong client facing skills and be able to clients at different levels of an organisation.
You will have previously held positions as a Senior Campaign Manager or as a Consultant with client interaction, you will be experienced in Adobe Campaign (Neolane), you are able to build complex campaign life cycles using advanced campaign management tools, confident in data querying (SQL/SPSS) and confident with Excel and reporting dashboards.
You are able to work on multiple projects, good communication skills, time management, working towards tight deadline and willingness to learn.
