Must have or be able to gain MOD SC security clearance.
- Other security clearances as contracts demand; eg Met Police, CRB Check
- TPMA Certified or awareness of the TPMA certification
Job Purpose
As an Applications Trainer, you will be responsible for all activities in the training life cycle for the Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul (MRO) workstream and Fleet Operations workstream.
You will lead training activities during the delivery of a greenfield SAP implementation (already in-flight) and engage with applications teams and the business to ensure system and process information is delivered effectively and can be traced back to requirements.
- Responsible for training course development ensuring consistency with the Applications Training approach.
- Conduct instructor led training sessions to Key Users & End Users on the new system functionality and business processes.
- Manage training environment and landscape ie creation of data where required.
- Assist in various training activities and provide advice and guidance to the business where required.
- Work with Project managers and give training input to the project plan.
To be successful in this role you should have previous experience of supporting end users in the (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) MRO space where changes for enterprise applications and operational availability is critical, experience of supporting end users in a Production Planning environment where Flexible Planning and Capacity Evaluation are deployed and delivering training and supporting end users with SAP EAM core functions, Plant Maintenance/Customer Services including extended features such as Maintenance Event Builder & integration to mobility solutions.
Experience of supporting users with the key integration points of SAP EAM to Inventory Management, HCM, Project Systems, Production Planning.
