Mentmore are currently recruiting for a Front End Web Developer for our client, a global organisation, who are undertaking a large scale project. They are looking to bring on board an experienced Front End Web Developer who comes from a solid developer background and has extensive Front End development and HTML5 experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop highly interactive user-facing features

Design and implement a highly interactive business process configuration tool

Build reusable code and libraries for future use
-
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
-
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability

Assure that all user input is validated before submitting to Back End
-
Offline web application development
-
JavaScript libraries and frameworks such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS and ReactJS.

Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with good senior-level stakeholder management soft skills and competencies.
Required skills:
-
5 years of Front End Development experience

Excellent knowledge of web mark-up, including HTML5, CSS3
-
Basic understanding of Server Side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS

Proficient understanding of client-side Scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery
-
Proficient understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as AngularJS, KnockoutJS, BackboneJS, ReactJS, etc.

Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX
-
Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues and ways to work around them.

Proficient understanding of Git

Basic Java or .NET development skills

Basic understanding of Relational- and Document Data Base Models and Management Systems
