Should have EU or UK passport, be onsite in Prague 40% and 60% remote
• Collect Data and establish ontime the monthly BSC data and publication to CIT
• Support Servive Excellence with Service Performance activities and customer feedback KPIs
• Establish a regular monitoring of GxP projects and its document repository (and maintain entries in the repository)
• Project Spend Variance : Forecast Vs Reported
• Technical skills - Excel (advanced), performance mgmt experience
• Soft skills - strong good comm skills spoken and written
• Language – Proficient English
