NextLink is looking for Service Desk Manager  with Fluent English and Norwegian to work in Norway  for a long term contract  with a multinational client.

Job Description
Experience in Managing IT Operation service deskcommand center
Excellent customer facing/customer service skills
Experience of handling 3rd parties
Good knowledge on the ITIL process
Expert knowledge of Service Desk disciplines
Excellent people management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Norwegian and English
Has willingness and passion for Service Improvement
5-7 years relevant experience
Norwegian and English fluent
Will work in a team of 25 people
