Responsibilities:
Establishing long-term customer partnership with junior and mid-level key customers.
Understand customers’ business and network requirements and correctly transfer the highlights of company solutions.
Act as a core member of project teams, take the lead in project operations and achieve assigned project objectives.
Participate in project negotiation, assist in contract clause improvement and project transaction and activities including dispute resolution.
Contribute and support the growth and success of the carrier business.
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of sales or pre-sales working experience with in UK.
Experience in successful sales projects.
Ability to understand the customer’s needs.
Excellent collaboration skills with multiple stakeholders (Account, Product Management, Marketing departments)
Proven ability to manage customer accounts at C-level, director and technical level.
Detailed knowledge of carrier business models and service management strategies
Familiar with other vendors’ products.
Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken).
Eligible to work in the UK independently - we are not able to offer visa sponsorship.
