Network Engineer L1- Managed Services - Must have CCNA - Prague - €EURO

I am working with a successful managed service provider that specialise in providing the best IT solutions to their clients across the world. This is a Level 1 Engineer position that is responsible for providing essential support to their client's IT infrastructure and systems to ensure that they stay operational.
On a day to day basis you will identify, investigate and resolve technical incidents and problems. You will be constantly engaging with both internal and external Stakeholders to ensure that first line problems are met and dealt with.
Ideally you will have experience in:
- Monitoring IT infrastructure and systems
- Managed Services support
- Incident Management
- Service level and request management
- Quality Management
Technically you need to know:
- Cisco technologies
- Networking (IP, WINS, DHCP, DNC)
- Switches, Routers and Firewalls
- Microsoft technologies
MUST HAVE VALID CCNA and be prepared to work on a shift rota.
