Service Desk Analyst - L1 - Budapest, Hungary

We are looking for an minimum 6 months of Experience as Service Desk Analyst - L1 to join a dynamic and busy international team. The role will provide the opportunity for Service Desk Analyst - L1 professional hard core to share ideas, information and innovation with a global team of technologists.

Requirements:

  • Need Dutch and English speakers
  • IT Knowledge and or Customer Service experience
  • Service Desk or Help Desk experience is a plus
  • You must also provide customer service over the phone, respond to emails/chats, be able to follow up tickets and to learn basic incidents.
  • Attention to detail
  • Analytical capabilities
  • Confident
  • Speak and understand Advanced Dutch and English
