Description
UI / UX Designer:5+ years of experience as UX designer within (Agile) software development.
You'll be responsible for covering the entire UX design process. In your team, you are an advocate for
user-centered design and ensure validated experiences which are aligned with our business goals and
user needs, as well as leveraging our technology to its full potential. You'll be supported by the UX
Guild with members around the globe. We work according Agile practices and with exciting new
technology (both architecture and front-end) on modern digital experiences for our large global
customer base.

• Facilitating ideation and cocreation
sessions
• Prototyping and validation
(e.g. usability testing)
• Contribution to UX pattern
design and guidelines
• Acting as ambassador on UX
design practices
