Junior Functional Design Consultant - Czech Republic
For one of the largest pharmaceutical companies, I am looking for 'Junior Functional Design Consultant' for a 12 month project in Prague
The ideal 'Junior Functional Design Consultant' will need to have the following experience
- University graduate level, degree in business/technical and/or scientific area or comparable education/experience
- Preferably ServiceNow CIS-HR certified (ServiceNow System Administrator certified is a plus) or significant proof of project management experience with references in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and the Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions module
- Experience in a global ServiceNow rollout implementation (preferably ServiceNow HR Service Delivery and Enterprise Onboarding and Transitions related)
- Self-starting, can work very effectively remotely with global teams and customers, with maximum autonomy
- Demonstrated leadership skills within a project organization
- Understanding and knowledge of general HR IT infrastructure technology (primarily Applicant Tracking Systems/SAP HR), systems and managed processes
- Design and implementation of new HR processes or methodologies in complex organizations
- Expert Knowledge of IT Project Methodologies (ICE, GATE)
- Good understanding of business processes in HR (preferably in the global healthcare industry) would be a plus
