Skills and Experience:
- At least 5 years experience.
- Technical skills in:
- IBM FileNet 5.2
- IBM Content Navigator
- IBM Case Foundation/Case Manager/Case Analyser
- IBM Content Search
- IBM Content Collector
- FileNet Java API
- SQL
- WebSphere
- Knowledge of:
- ITIL Foundation
- SCRUM
- Team Spirit
Description of work:
- FileNet technical and functional administration.
- Platform monitoring and log analysis.
- Installing Fix Packs and application deployments (DevOps).
- Administer the entire GED platform, based on the IBM FileNet tool.
- IBM FileNet installation and upgrade.
