Dutch/French-speaking SAP CRM Consultant - Brussels - 9 months contract
Global Enterprise Partners is currently looking for a Bilingual Dutch/French speaking Senior SAP CRM Consultant for our client in Brussels.
They are updating to C/4HANA in the near future and currently in the process of integrating the landscapes with their new German partner that has joined the Group, so there is a lot of extra work to be done and they are looking for a Senior SAP CRM Consultant (Dutch/French/English) responsible for both daily service and project work. Blueprints are already available and are to be translated to working CRM functionalities.
Language is an important part of this role, as the business speaks both Dutch and French, as SAP CRM Consultant you must be able to communicate strongly with both.
Details of this NL/HR SAP CRM Consultant requirement:
- Senior experience as SAP CRM Consultant
- Multiple SAP CRM Projects completed (full life cycles)
- Good SAP CRM customising skills
- SAP CRM experience with most of the following:
* Account and Contract Management
* Installed base management
* CRM Service Processing
* Complaint Management
* Contract Management
* Integrated Scenarios
* Services Analytics
- SAP PI knowledge is a plus
- SAP CRM experience on both IT and Business
- Experience leading pilot projects in IT, technical documentation, good communication skills
- Belgian residents are preferred
- Bilingual Dutch and French speaking - English for documentation

Duration: Initial 9 months contract
Rate: Depending on your experience

Hours: 40 per week
