Description:
For a client who is looking to outsource the Application Management on their SAP landscape, we are looking for a SAP eWM consultant. He/she should speak Dutch and English and have +5 years of experience in SAP eWM. Knowledge of other modules such as SAP WM, MM, SD, IS-U Retail, FI/CO... is considered an asset. Experience in a Run/Support model with ITIL based processes is an advantage as well.
As most of the delivery is done from offshore, you and our other Belgian resources will collaborate with Indian team members and you are responsible for:
- Complex incident handling
- Escalation for the offshore team
- Client facing for changes/projects
- Act as an interface between the client and the offshore teams,...
In parallel, the client is looking to move to S4/HANA so your expertise will be added value there as well.
