- Project organization, Planning management, Budget monitoring, KPI production, Animation of steering committees;
- Collection and analysis of business needs, Writing of functional specifications, Participation and animation of business workshops;
- Implementation of the test strategy, Realization of the user's recipe, Change management: Training plan, Writing of user guides, Training animation, Support.
