On behalf of our client, an international finance institute located in Luxembourg, we are looking for an external resource with skills and abilities as stated below:

Field of activity
Investment Funds Service (IFS) IT Section builds, maintains and operates a portfolio of applications which provide clients state of the art solutions to standardise fund processing, and to increase efficiency and safety in the investment funds sector.
Our global funds processing platform Vestima allows for reaching all types of funds, from mutual funds to ETFs and hedge funds.
Tasks/responsibilities
- As a Business Analyst for Investment Funds Services IT, you will have to study the impact of changes in the Investment Funds Services IT landscape.
You will be required to:
- Provide analysis within set deadlines and budget for our project of transfer for funds, analysing existing services and designing future features.
- Find, elicit, and write requirements.
- Present results to both Business and IT teams of IFS (development, testing, architecture, etc.).
Qualifications/required skills
- Master degree (or equivalent) in a computer based discipline or in a business school.
- At least 5/8 year experience in business and functional analysis.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Strong knowledge of requirements engineering and modelling tools.
- Ability to meet challenging project deadlines and deliver in a fast moving and change oriented environment.
- Good team player with excellent communications skills.
- Some knowledge of Vestima and the fund industry.
- Experience in fund transfer would be an asset.
- The IREB certification is mandatory.
- Fluent in English.
Assignment:
- Fulltime (100%)
- Start: June 2019
- Duration: 3 months (extension planned until year end)
- Location: Luxembourg
