Description

One of the leading client is currently seeking for a Senior DevOps Engineer (Isilon Storage) to work on a 12 month rolling contract in Amsterdam.

As a Senior DevOps Engineer (Isilon Storage), you will be required to be skilled within the following:

  • Profound knowledge of Dell/EMC Isilon as a DevOps how's
  • Able to work together with architects on design
  • Multiple Scripting languages (Coding in Python, PowerShell)
  • Ansible. API
  • Knowledge of OS Windows and Linux
  • Knowledge of backup tools such as Commvault, Spectrum Protect and Avamar
  • Backup/restore and Disaster Recovery principles
  • Agile, Scrum way of working

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of VMWare
  • Knowledge of Object Storage (ECS) from Dell/EMC
  • Knowledge of Networking and Firewall
