We are currently looking for a Senior Delivery Manager
in Prague to join our team on client's side. A great opportunity to work in an IT industry with exposure to new technologies and international environment.
A Good candidate should have at least 70% of the following:
* At least 8 years of experience as Service Delivery Manager in international enterprise environment
* Data analytics and reporting & data access and management
* Working knowledge with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
* Stakeholder management with attention to detail and quality
* Essential qualifications in IT, Business Administration or related disciplines
* Excellent coordination skills, service management and project management skills + leadership skills
* Achievement of Account Financial Objectives, SLA and KPI achievement, and client satisfaction targets
* Fluency in English (spoken and written)
* Candidates have to declare Criminal record extract not older than three months
