Senior BA in Merchant Services
Experience in Merchant Acquiring domain; development and implementation using Industry Standard/Custom processing platforms, working with leading Banks Processors; Working experience with business and technology teams in Agile development methodology
Domain Skills
> Merchant Acquiring
> Clearing and Settlement
> Payments - eCommerce; payment gateway
> Cards Issuing knowledge would be preferred
Soft Skills
Strong communication and analytical skills
Technical Skills (added advantage)
> Background of any technology
> Understanding of source control; deployment and productivity/Quality tools methods
> Experience in any COTS/Bespoke Issuing/Acquiring platform
Business Analysis Skills:
> Requirement gathering and refinement,
> Functional Non-Functional analysis, Business Analysis
Responsibility
> Work with Business Teams to understand the high-level business requirements and produce Business Requirements specification/User Stories
> Define functional and non-functional requirements
> Creating Product Backlog and prioritizing
> Work with designer to review the design documents
> Ensure the effective test coverage by reviewing the test plans
> Provide direction, support and mentor the technical team to ensure the strong governance during development life cycle to > increase quality, productivity, and maturity
> Work across different teams to drive the requirement roadmap
> Support in SIT and UAT
