Description
Seeking a Workday Business Analyst to assess business unit and function needs, clearly eliciting, translating, and documenting not only business requirements, but also functional, and non-functional requirements across multiple process areas and be able to communicate with influence and persuasion, as necessary, to reach agreement
Responsibilities:
Lead requirements discussions with key senior stakeholders
Create and maintain long-term working relationships with both senior internal and external stakeholders
Identify, assess, and develop mitigation plans for both highly complex risks and issues within a broad defined and complex environment and escalate the issues, as appropriate
Validate QA test coverage including review test strategy, scenarios and test scripts
Own UAT process
Create UAT test scripts and be able to assist and guide business users through UAT process
Help navigate triage issues that arise during testing, and be able to identify the root causes, and assist with solution identification Required Skills/Experience for the Business Analyst
: Must have experience with Workday HRIS implementations
