Description
Key responsibilities:
- 1-3 years' experience in Workday Integration specialist role and participated in at least one life cycle implementation
- Support project implementation phases, and business as usual tasks working alongside client Integration team
- Proactively keep updated with Workday updates and news and apply knowledge to improve/enhance existing and future Integrations
- Trouble-shoot, correction, and configuration of integrations
- Project Management support including building and managing relationships with key stakeholders
- Apply defined practices for delivering and supporting integrations and the integrations processes
- Post go-live support including Workday upgrades and new releases
Roles:
- Experienced Workday HCM consultant (essential)
- Workday certification (advantage)
- Experience of Workday system integrations (essential)
- Experience in Workday Studio, EIB, BIRT, Cloud connect (Highly desirable)
- From Big 4 consulting (Deloitte, PwC or KPMG) or Accenture/IBM
- Ability to apply strong business skills and methodologies to interpret data, business processes and deliver solutions to clients
- Background in delivering on global scale projects in complex organisations
- Excellent communication skills
