IT Service Manager (Finance & Reporting) - English Speaking - Espoo, Finland. Start: 1st July Month Contract Role. End Client!
Our end client in Espoo, Finland is looking to hire an experienced IT Service Manager with experience within IT Finance projects. The role will involve Service management of finance applications in relation to the SAP platform. Among others Treasury tools, bank connection, end-to-end invoicing solutions (outbound and inbound) etc.
Skills & Experience required:
* Minimum 10+ years' experience in production, service management or similar role
* Virtual team leading skills
* Experience with IT finance tools technologies, leading SaaS services
* Solid IT process knowledge with very good ITIL understanding
* Practical knowledge and experience on IT process development and service roll outs
* Experience of subcontractor management
* Practical experience Service build up and deployment
* Strong experience in leadership and Matrix organizations
* Strong experience in supplier collaboration with off-shoring model
* Strong experience in working in international environment with stakeholders distributed globally
* Excellent stakeholders communication skills (both written and oral)
* Excellent Change Management skills
* Analysis and Problem solving skills
Key responsibilities are:
* Manage support and SLA performance in RUN side
* Management of transition activities with a new service provider in this area.
* Co-operate with Project and Release Managers to oversee and track project and release are going according IT processes
* Communicates with solution teams and business stakeholders service performance
* Leads Crisis situation and Major Incidents in platform service area
* Verify that transition and operation are compliance with ITIL
* Manages supplier interface and follow their performance
* Supplier management
* Oversee platform Compliance for security and processes
