Job description:
- Assisting the Telephony and Network Service Manager.
- Service management (back-up for SM TN - SLA/KPI reporting WAN/LAN and WLAN
- Demand management: I&T SPOC for supported services
- Project management
Technical skills:
- Knowledge of PC HW platforms, Server HW platforms
- Knowledge of Virtualization platforms - Current standard VMWare
- Practical knowledge of Solaris/Windows/Suse Linux server platform, Oracle DB environment, Idap, etc.
- Knowledge of storage concepts: SAN, NAS, archiving, backup
- Smart building solutions, applications and apps
- Network design, architecture and configurations (Cisco, Huawei); specifically in Wan, Lan, wlan and security
- Telephony design and architecture (unify); specifically in UC, voice and mobility
- IT architecture; specifically in load balancing, security and authentication
