Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Desktop Support Engineer to join a blue chip organisation in Nanterre on a 12 month Contract.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience supporting computer hardware, including desktop computers, laptops, and hardware peripherals as well as supporting Microsoft operating system and Microsoft applications as well as an Excellent telephone manner with good interpersonal skills. Fluency in English and French is required

*Experience troubleshooting Windows updates
*Video Conferencing support
*LAN/WAN connectivity
*Network Printers and Copiers
*Virus Protection and Updates
*Client Encryption
*Windows User & Administration Privileges
*Outlook, Office 365
*SCCM
*Citrix
*Airwatch Mobile Device Management
*CISCO VPN
*Smart devices (Apple and Windows)
*Understanding of Networking and Internet typologies
*Understanding of Group Directory.
*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in French and English
*Previous Service desk (telephone support) experience
