A leading Tier 1 bank requires a Sales Distribution Strategy Manager to work as a key member of the Group Customer Channels Strategy team.
This is a position with high exposure to the top levels of the organisation and is the first step to an executive career in Group Customer Channels
Key Skills
- Experience working previously within a Banking Branch Network
- Experience working for a Strategy Consultancy a massive Bonus
- Previous program/project management experience.
- Ability to build relationships and influence leadership teams across the organization
- Outstanding planning and organisation skills - dealing with multiple tasks and deadlines under pressure.
- Demonstrated creative skills in developing presentations.
- Ability to deal with volume information and prioritize issues accordingly.
- Ability to articulate complex situations in a simple and understandable manner;
- A professional and calm approach to tasks which gives a favourable reflection on the organisation
