Description
We are seeking an experienced Citrix Engineer(XenApp and XenDesktop) to strengthen the infrastructure team.
The team is responsible for;
- Citrix Infrastructure: XenApp 6.5, XenDesktop 7.14, Citrix Receiver configurations, Citrix Storefront, PVS, License server
- Windows Remote Desktop Services Infrastructure: RDS Gateways, RDS session hosts
- Design, Life cycle management, Patch management, capacity management of Citrix and Windows RDS platforms
- 2nd and 3rd level support (for Citrix and RDS platforms)
- 2nd level support for Windows Servers
- Pro-active monitoring
The job mainly consists of the following elements:
- Design and implement the Citrix infrastructure and Remote Desktop Services
- Integration of this infrastructure in the remote access solution
- Write technical documentation to support the design
- Ensure 3rd level support (advanced troubleshooting) related to the products you manage
- Provide consultancy on projects
- Capacity Management of the infrastructure
- Set-up and follow-up of the monitoring of the infrastructure
- Deliver operational handbooks, disaster recovery handbooks
