Desktop support analyst - 300 eur/day - financial services - Luxembourg
Desktop support analyst required by a leading financial organisation based in Luxembourg.
The main function of this role is to be responsible for the administration of the technology that supports our end users ensuring consistent and reliable operation. Provide technical and operational support for desktop and laptop computers including new request tracking, system monitoring, and hardware and software installation and setup.
Must have skills:
- Technical understanding in a variety of hardware, software and mobile platforms and configurations
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical audience
- Fluent in French and English
I'm looking for a strong communicator, fluent in English and French with a "can do " attitude, who can efficiently and effectively achieve high-quality results and who can also prove past analytical approach.
This is a long-term project, with an initial six-month contract with extension afterwards.
