Background and assignment
My client is in a strong development phase with a great focus on new construction and increases investments in buildings and infrastructure at our airports. Investments are managed in seven business areas in a total investment portfolio, which is managed and managed by a common portfolio management.

As Portfolio Manager IT you have a key role in the clients IT-related development. You keep the entire portfolio together consisting of business development using IT, the development of platforms and applications to ensure progress and quality. The focus is on the initiatives that give the most value to the company's customers and partners. The portfolio is the client of all investments in relation to various implementing organizations.
Your work assignments

As Portfolio Manager IT, you keep together and handle all investments within IT's project portfolio and also initiatives containing IT that are in other project portfolios. The role has the overall responsibility to govern and manage the portfolio work, including planning and financial forecasts, against a business-optimized IT portfolio that includes IT development, innovation, digitization, strategic goals, retained capacity and more.
You ensure that the portfolio has the required client capacity and is responsible for strategic coordination and prioritization. The business responsibility lies in the portfolio and as Portfolio Manager IT, risk and opportunity management is part of everyday life. Reporting and effect taking is also included in the tasks as well as coordination with other portfolios within the organization.
In order to succeed, it is important that the partnership between IT and business operations is fundamental so that the IT portfolio and the development with the help of IT create the greatest possible value and competitive advantages for the client You proactively identify areas for development, affect the organization and decision makers to make decisions about which projects to run.
