Description
Agile Coach/SAFe Required or a Retail client based Stockholm.:
- Facilitate retrospectives
- Remove impediments to the team's.workprocesses* (Retrospectives, Standups)
- Facilitate Team Demos
- Attend standup (offer feedback and alternative perspectives if deemed necessary to "unlock" team decisions, team decides)
- Actively coach Product Owners, UX, Teams and surrounding functions how they can improve their agile processes (Retrospectives, Standups, Incidents)
- Rollout of Continuous Deployment as a product delivery method.
Current Agile Coach has also had the experience below.
- Actively work to build self-improving teams (skills, cooperation, atmosphere, quality, focus, reflection, transparency, trust) (ad-hoc discussions, 1-1 discussions, team building activities)
- Provide visualizations/information radiators of plans, progress, status and improvements (Product Increment Board, Standup Boards, PO/UX Workprocess)
- Coach teams and individuals to resolve conflicts together with line managers (1-1 discussions, Retrospectives)
- Provide feedback and 1-1 coaching if required (ad-hoc discussions, sync meetings, 1-1 discussions)
- Office coordination (seats and other stuff)
- Onboarding coordination
- Interviews procedures

Approach:
- Agile Manifesto as guidance.
- Involve the team as early as possible in anything that affects their daily work.
The team knows how they want to work. Offer alternatives but don't push your own agenda.
