iKas International are currently recruiting for an IAQ certified Client Operations Officer (Fund Administration) on behalf of an industry renowned, market leading investment bank who are looking to grow out their operations team. Sitting within one of the banks most business critical areas, this is an opportunity for an accomplished Senior Fund Administrator who has proven experience leading a team and managing Service Delivery.
Skills Required:
The ideal candidate will have a solid background providing high level Fund Administration within a banking environment at managerial level. You will have excellent leadership and management skills with the ability to be responsible for the Service Delivery. You will lead and motivate staff and will monitor the continuing effectiveness of processes, system and procedures initiating remedial action as necessary. You will have impeccable pricing abilities to be able to manage the daily production of prices performing final checks to ensure accuracy.
Excellent Understanding of:
- MUST be IAQ qualified
- Fund Administration experience is essential within a large financial institution
- Understanding of basic accounting principles
- Ability to manage day to day workflow of a pricing team
- Experience of staff management
- Strong analysis skills, the skill to resolve complex problems and posit pragmatic solutions
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
- Experience working in a team-orientated, collaborative environment
- Ability to lead discussions to a conclusion
