Delivery Manager - Construction
Based in Bristol we are recruiting for a Change Delivery Manager on a contract basis to work on an ongoing property strategy programme for a major FS client.
The programme is designed to provide a modern working environment across multiple large offices including the implementation of a flexible, agile working strategy. In addition, reducing office estate and establishing modern hub location strategy.
You would be required to act as the interface between various internal entities (ie offices, branches) and construction companies.
Candidates must have extensive experience of designing, driving and delivering change.
In addition, strong risk identification and mitigation skills.
The role will involve managing a number of third party suppliers and internal stakeholders.
A background in construction would be highly beneficial.
Any experience of cultural change or people change as a result of changes in the workplace would be a bonus.
