Description
- Responsible for the planning, design, delivery and implementation of HRIS People Systems projects.
- Establish and lead project governance, risk management and project committees.
- Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects, including project resource management, communications to project team, stakeholders and executives, maintaining project plans, milestones and budgets.
- Work with HRIS people systems managers, system analysts and business stakeholders to translate business requirements into design, development, and implementation of specifications/plans.
- Partner with internal and third-party development teams to collaborate effectively to deliver the system design, configuration and testing deliverables on time and to agreed quality.
- Manage project risks and issues, ensuring proactivity avoids delays and costs, yet ensures quality.
- Partner with People Systems Managers and Operations to manage transition to BAU and resolve post implementation issues.
