Are you an experienced Lead Technical Architect with a solid software/application engineering background? Do you have experience of application integration including workflow/case management in a multi-channel environment? If so PSR would like to speak to you!
As Lead Technical Architect, you will:
- Work with software teams developing business services and utilities using Java and Springboot alongside tools like OpenAPI
- Work with software teams developing front-end applications and reusable components using a combination of Ruby on Rails and React
- Drive discussions with senior leaders across the agency as well as having the technical background to interact and give guidance to software developers, testers and engineers
- Work with cloud-first platforms using tools like Docker, Kubernetes and Spinnaker
You'll have:
- A solid software/application engineering background having worked in an architect role to deliver enterprise and cloud based software systems
- A solid experience and exposure to cloud technologies and background with application code, build out proof-of-concepts or experiment with emerging technologies
- Experience of application integration including workflow/case management in a multi-channel environment
- A desire to create and maintain solution designs in an iterative and collaborative manner
- The ability to think strategically about business, product and technical challenges
- Excellent technical skills with the experience to be held accountable for the technical aspects of delivering complex solutions, end to end solution design, delivery governance, assurance and support for Engineers and Delivery Managers
It would be great to also have:
- Previous Public Sector Experience
- Experience building serverless solutions
