The company:
My client has a brand new opportunity for a Mechanical Project Manager to join a Tier 1 sub-contractor currently running projects with valuations ranging up to the £20million mark. They are open to the idea of either an M&E Project Manager with a Mechanical bias or an out and out Mechanical Project Manager. Operating within London and the South East the role is for a primarily site-based Mechanical Project Manager who is looking to grow alongside a company and gain experience in the numerous sectors they operate in.
Desirable traits and accolades:
- Degree educated (desirable)
- Someone able to work both independently and part of a team
- SSSTS or SMSTS
To be suitable for the role, the Mechanical Project Manager will need the following experience:
- Working with circa £10million M&E projects
- Used to being the number one on site
- Extensive knowledge of HVAC and Piping systems
- Experienced in Residential, Shell and Core, Fit-out and Commercial (at least one)
Location: Central London
Day rate: Experience dependent
Start Date: Immediate
