Description

The Business Analyst will work with the Actuarial department as part of a large Finance Programme. The BA will be required to help derive the businesses requirements to help meet programme objectives and deliver benefits, identifying areas that need improving or updating, and then help to identify solutions via intensive research and analysis. The BA would be expected to work across the full project life cycle from project identification to implementation.

Key responsibilities

  • Delivery of BA support for the programme specifically focused on the Actuarial function
  • Analysis of Actuarial processes to develop the "as is" position and work with the Solution Design team to review options for the "to be" ways of working
  • Deliver end to end support for process improvements including - business requirements, solution design support, supporting delivery Scrum teams (delivering detailed requirements), support for testing and embedding new processes within BAU
  • Reviewing, managing and documenting business requirements and processes
