Senior Technical Support Admin - Healthcare

We are seeking a Senior Technical Support Admin who enjoys working on various applications and troubleshooting needs as they arise. We need a Technical Support Administrator that has experience within a healthcare setting.

You will be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that arise with vendor applications and to triage network and database issues. You will work within a Windows environment to include: Active Directory, SQL Server and take part in the overall Disaster Recovery of vital systems. You will have the opportunity to work with various applications that support medical practices across Atlanta. We are seeking a Technical Support Admin that can manage multiple projects at once and serve as the liaison between various departments to make sure applications are meeting the needs of all medical practitioners.

This is a contract to hire positions with a strong possibility of converting within three months. This role is located in the North East part of Atlanta and you will have the opportunity to work within a laid-back environment with flexible work hours. This role will take place during typical working hours (8:00 AM-5:00 PM) with flexibility in creating your schedule. REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • 4+ years of technical support working with various applications
  • Experience working within a Windows environment
  • Experience providing technical support within healthcare or clinical environment
  • Microsoft SQL Server experience
  • Experience troubleshooting basic networking issues

PREFERRED SKILLS:

  • Citrix experience
  • Experience supporting eCareManager software
  • Bachelor's Degree (highly preferred)
