Technical Writer - Security
Amazing opportunity to join a global organization as a Technical Writer/Instructional Designer.
Our team is focused on the Governance of Identity Access Management and documentation of technical process associated with IAM.
We are seeking a Technical Writer who can capture various Security operations and provide clear concise guides to security implementation and support processes. This requires a resource who understands IT and has functional knowledge of CyberSecurity. Projects will include Disaster Recovery, 2 factor authentication, single sign on,crypto management, certificate management and others.
Excellent company culture, 4-6 month contract engagement, Alpharetta location.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 7+ years of technical writing and/or instructional design experience
- 3+ years experience working with IT Infrastructure or IT Security
- Strong experience creating training presentations (must have samples)
- Experience creating concise and succinct training presentations
- Strong creative writing skills
- Functional knowledge of IT Security
- Expert in Word and MS Office
- Experience building powerful presentations and slides which deliver content visually
- Ability to drive your own projects and be self managed
- Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment
- Excellent aptitude and attitude
- Excellent communications skills
- A passion for delivering quality documentation
- Consultative personality
