As part of the Professional Service department, you will be integrated in a dynamic team. As Senior Alcatel Voice Engineer, you will be part of the team responsible for delivering IT infrastructure projects.
The Senior Alcatel Voice Engineer will be part of the team responsible to deliver IT infrastructure projects . Your primarily focus will be on the different OpenTouch Enterprise Cloud solution within our product portfolio.
This position will include design of new infrastructures, supporting the presales teams to choose the right solutions for the customer and estimate the number of days to do the implementation.

• Understand customer requirements from a technical and business perspectives
• Work with the clients or prospect to define projects designs and provide recommendations.
• Write scope of work which will be used by the presales team
• Implement the solution
• Give hands on training of the solution to the customer
• Create documentation for the customer
• Understanding of the ITIL principals is a plus

• Good communication skills (French and/or Dutch and English)

Technical skills
• Degree in Engineering or equivalent training with professional experience
• Strong analytical thinking and knowledge of procedures
• Deep Alcatel OpenTouch knowledge is required, preferably also the Alcatel OTEC solution;
• The following domains should ideally be known, and are considered as a plus:
? OXE,
? Omnivista
? Voice Mail
? Conferencing
? IP DECT
? Automated Attendant
? OTPC (softphone)
? Rainbow
• Avamar certification or a solid experience
• Good knowledge of Contact Center technologies is a plus
• NATO clearance is a plus
