Senior Engineer - Road Agreements - MRICS/RICS, Highways - Oxfordshire
My client is looking for an office-based Senior Engineer to work with Road Agreements in the Planning & Regulation service. The main purpose of the role is to progress proposals for Highway Adoptions from planning permission stage to adoption, and to ensure that legal agreements are fit for purpose and that all construction work is monitored in accordance to government and Council guidelines.
Essential
- Experience of negotiating and engrossing road agreements (Section 38 and Section 278) for provision of transport services and infrastructure
- Experience of site supervision of highway infrastructure together with sound record keeping
- MRICS/RICS Qualified
This role is office-based, working a 37 hour week.
