Technical Support Analyst - eDBS
An exciting new opportunity has arisen for a Technical Support Analyst, based in Reading on an initial 3 month contract.
The right candidate will be responsible for supporting:
- Projectors/Whiteboards
- Patching cables (Ethernet, HDMI, USB etc)
- Charging trollies
- Apple/Chromebooks
- Win7, 8.1 & 10 and O365
- Changing password for user accounts in AD
- Imaging/updating devices as and when necessary
- Working late on event evening.
