Duration: 6 months, Onsite

Pay rate: 25-30 Euros an hour max

Location: Zwolle, Netherlands

You put end users at the center. You are independent, initiative-oriented, flexible, analytical and a real team player! our client strives for optimum service to its customers. Where notifications within SLA are handled. Due to the departure of an employee, our client is looking for an outpatient on-site support employee based in Zwolle and can be deployed flexibly within a radius of a maximum of 2 hours of driving. Together with your colleagues, you are responsible for providing the best possible support for end users at different locations. This includes workplace management, which also includes support on mobile devices. Depending on your assignment, you process notifications that are registered in TOPdesk. It can happen that a day consists of solving urgent incidents (LAN/WAN), working as an IT service desk employee and keeping the end user informed. You will also be involved in, among other things, moving workplaces, answering user questions or giving instructions to end users. You also perform various project activities. Occasionally you are asked to work overtime. In short, the outpatient on-site support employee is a versatile and flexible employee who takes on multiple tasks.

Requirements (knockout criteria):

At least 2 years of demonstrably relevant work experience, including experience with large-scale ICT service >counters 2

Education/Certificate:

  • ITSM Foundation; ITIL Foundation
  • TOPdesk
  • At least a completed MBO level 3 education in ICT
  • Knowledge and experience with Windows 10, Office 365 and Citrix XenDesktop
  • Thorough knowledge of mobile devices (smartphones, tablets) and their management
  • Knowledge of networks (LAN/WAN)
