blue chip client is urgently looking for a SAP Success Factors PMGM Consultant
Description: SAP Successfactors PMGM Consultant:
At least 4-10 years of relevant experience in Success Factors PMGM, good to have certification in SF PMGM.
At least two End to End Implementation in PMGM Should have Conducted a Workshop for Requirement Gathering in PMGM.
Should have complete knowledge on configuring complete PMGM in SF.
Setting up a DEMO System for client.
Followed the Bizxpert Methodology (Define, Prepare, Execute & Launch)
Maintaining the documentation and responsible for requirements final sign off.
Configuration Workshops, Configuration Iterations Configured different goals (SMART)
Should have working knowledge on PMGM workbooks.
Defined Competencies.
Defined performance evaluation parameters
Defined Strategic goals, Individual goals and worked on goal Cascading.
Should have worked in 360 degrees appraisal.
Defined employee hierarchy for workflow management.
