Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant
Oracle Fusion Financial Consultant required by Whitehall Resources for a 4 Month Extendable project assignment for our client based in Doha, Qatar.
Skills/Experience Required:
- Accounting background or degree is preferable
- Atleast 5+ Experience in Oracle E-business Suite Financial Modules
- Must have 2+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Implementation
- Must have hands on experience in all of the below modules (both Oracle EBS and Cloud)
- General ledger, Account Payables, Account Receivables, Cash Management, Fixed assets
- Must have experience with Encumbrance accounting
- Must have hands on experience with atleast 1 project involving migration of customer from EBS Financials to Fusion cloud Financials
- Must have good understanding of integration with other Modules like Procurement, HR
- Must have knowledge of Cloud Implementation Methodology (CAS OUM, OUM)
- Demonstrated experience assisting in the definition of systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to- be business process designs, conference room pilots (CRPs) functional configuration, testing, client user training, data conversion and migration
- Must have led the implementation from Onsite
- Other Notable Achievements: Experience with Other finance modules, Certifications
Mandatory Consulting Skills:
- Must have experience in collaborating with clients on business process enhancements
- Builds confidence and trust with clients. Guide the clients towards adopting best practices
- Excellent verbal and written communication, strong presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint). Communicates clearly and effectively with clients, account managers, and management
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments. Must have mentored junior staff in the team
- Good problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Effectively manages scope and customer expectations on individual assignments
- Follows through on all assignments and takes ownership of client issues
- Consistently produces clear, concise status reports
Middle East experience is preferred.
