One of our Blue Chip Clients is urgently looking for a SAP HR SuccessFactors Consultant/Architect.

Description: "SAP HCM consultant: 10+ years. Solution architect Experience in SAP HCM, Success factors modules - implementation and support.
Must have Work experience in multiple SAP HCM Sub modules like PA, OM, ESS and MSS, Process and forms, Interfaces. Preferred experience in SuccessFactors modules like LMS, PMGM Must have worked in the position of Solution architect .Should have in-depth knowledge and experience of SAP HCM.
Must have good experience in Personnel Administration (PA), Organizational management (OM), Interfaces, Employee-Self Service (ESS) and manager Self-Service (MSS).
Experience on ESS/MSS standard and custom functionalities. Good to have knowledge on webdynpro and Process & Forms Preferred architect experience in SuccessFactors modules like LMS, PMGM. Preferred Experience in SAP ILM module for HR related scenarios Able to work independently on the relevant module. Very good Communication skills in English & Norwegian; should be able to confidently communicate with other team members, clients, and vendors.
Strong learning ability - agility and willingness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environments. Familiar with the ITIL processes on Incidence management, Change management, Problem Management & service requests. Should have experience in working with onsite/Offshore model
