Technical Support Analyst
New opportunity for a Technical Support Analyst/Help Desk Analyst to join a dynamic team providing 1st & 2nd level support.
You will be providing phone, email, and in person support to internal employees. Duties include software and hardware support, MS Office and Office 365 support, install software,configure and install Laptops & PCs, support printers and smartphones, answer support calls and emails, troubleshoot and resolve issues, remote support, and collaborate with other team members to resolve support issues.
Hours are 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Monday to Friday.
Excellent customer service and communication skills are critical for this role.
This is a three month contract based in Buford. Excellent work environment and company culture.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- 1+ years of technical support experience (hardware & software)
- Windows 10 experience
- MS Office or Office365
- Experience imaging PCs and Laptops
- Solid technical documentation skills
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Passion for learning and technology
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
